Occupational Health and Safety Day observed

National Occupational Health and Safety Day-2017 was observed yesterday for the second time with a call to ensure safe work environment for laborers.

Marking the day, Ministry of Labor and Employment brought out a procession while a discussion was organized at Krishibid Institution in the capital. Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed addressed it as chief guest while State Minister for Labor and Employment Md Mujibul Haque joined it as special guest while Mikail Shipar chaired the function.
