Strawberry lovers, here’s a delicious kulfi recipe for you.
To make strawberry kulfi,
blend some strawberries to make a puree.
Strain the puree to get rid of all the seeds in the berries.
Take about 1 litre of full fat milk along with
400 grams of condensed milk in a utensil and start boiling it.
Bring it to a boil, simmer the flame and continue cooking and stirring the same.
After 15 minutes add about 1½ cups of sugar.
Once the sugar dissolves completely into the milk, add the pureed strawberries and give everything a good stir.
Allow the mixture to cook and thicken.
Once it reaches the desired level of thickness, shut the flame and allow the mixture to start cooling down.
Once cooled, set in kulfi moulds and deep freeze it over night. Next day serve it garnished with dry fruits or rose syrup.
