Chalachitra jote demands resignation of Inu

Bangladesh Chalachitra Oikya Jote has demanded the resignation of Infor-mation Minister Hasanul Haque Inu. The speakers made this demand at a special press conference at FDC in the city at 4:30pm on Friday.  Film actor Riaz said, "We demand the resignation of the information minister. We hope Musfiqur Rahman Gulzar and Nasir Uddin Dilu will step down from the censor board for the survival of the film industry."

The general secretary of  Bangladesh Cholochitro Shilpi Samiti Zayed Khan said imperatives should be determined for protecting the film industry from destruction.  Dipjol said we won't allow screening foreign films until we are alive. If needed, I will install 100 machines in cinema halls at my own costs.

The leaders of the jote have taken the decision to go to Prime Minister regarding the current deception in the name of joint production.

The president of Bangladesh Film Directors' Association Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar, secretary general Badiul Alam Khokon, actors Faruque, Alamgir, Popy, producer Khorshed Alam Khasru and others were present in the press conference.
