325 Panchagarh houses get power connections

About 325 houses of Daduarhat village under Debiganj upazila of the district were brought under rural electrification network by Panchagarh Palli Bidyut Samity (PPBS) on Saturday evening.

A simple function was also held on the premises of Sahidulla High School of the village on the occasion. Advocate Nurul Islam Sujon MP formally inaugurated the electrification program as the chief guest. Headmaster of the school Shyamol Kumar presided over the function.

 It was addr-essed, among others, by Debiganj Upazila Pari-shad Chairman Hasnat Zaman Chowdhury, Upazila Awami League President A.S.M. Nuruzzaman and assistant general manager of PPBS Abdur Rashid.
