Bangladesh cricket team all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan on Saturday could not join the national conditioning camp due to minor injury on his left ankle. On the other hand, team's opening batsman Tamim Iqbal on Sunday joined the Tigers conditioning camp after missing out the first six days of the camp, source UNB.
BCB physician taped up Shakib's injured ankle and he will remain under observation for at least 48 hours to know the development of injury through a scan report. Coming out of his car, Tigers T20I skipper Shakib was limping to reach the practice ground of BCB Academy in Mirpur in the morning. When he was asked by a reporter about what had happened, he just smiled back.
