Karai qeema
Ingredients:

* Mince ½ kg v Onion 2 (omelet cut) v Yogurt ½ cup v Salt to taste v Green chili 6 (chopped)  Coriander seeds 1 tsp v Cooking oil 1 cup v Red chili flakes 2 tsp v Green coriander leaves ½ bunch v Tomato 6 (finely diced) v Cumin 1 tsp

Method:

* Wash mince and strain water.v Now in a cooking pot add mince along with all ingredients and cover to cook.v After a while fry 2-3 minutes until oil comes on surface.v Sprinkle green coriander leave and put on dam for 5 minutes.v Now your Karai qeema is ready to serve with hot naan.
