Popular TV actor and model Prosun Azad is ready to return to acting after completing one-year ban enacted by the Director's Guild.
The actor will be seen in the new episodes of an ongoing TV serial titled 'Jokhon Kokhono' where her character's name is Beauty, a model coordinator. She has already completed a five-day shoot. The serial, directed by Rahmatullah Tuhin is currently aired by NTV.
"I want to concentrate on my acting now. It feels good to be back. I am working under the direction of Tuhin bhai. With me, Abul Hayat and Dilara Zaman are also acting in the serial. They are playing as my father and grandmother. I really enjoyed working with them," said Prosun on her comeback venture.
Before working on the 'Jokhon Kokhono', she has finished acting in a music video directed by Imran Kabir Himel. She has also signed a film titled 'Bhola'. Directed by Shafiqul Islam Shafique, the film will star Dhallywood actors Bappi and Airin.
Earlier in October 2016, actor and filmmaker Rokeya Prachi issued a formal complaint of misconduct against Prosun. Prachi alleged that Prosun caused her financial loss.
Following the complaint, Director's Guild banned Prosun from being cast in any television projects for one year. Despite the ban, the actor managed to keep her name in the headlines with various activities over the past year.
