Ayub Ali's kids escaped school shooting in US Ayub Ali

Ayub Ali, an expatriate Bangladeshi in the United States was killed a few days ago in Florida by an African-American youth. Ayub Ali's two children luckily escaped the shootout that took place in Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School five months back. 

Ayub Ali's wife Farhana now does not know how she would survive in the USA with four kids without her husband. Ayub Ali, who was 61 years old, was vice president of Florida state Jubo League. He hailed from Nanupur village of Fatikchhari upazila under Chittagong district.

Ayub Ali had been running a store named Aunt Molly's Food in Florida for last ten years. A black youngster shot Ayub Ali dead on Tuesday in that shop. American news agencies have informed that Ayub Ali's murderer Tyron Fields Junior surrendered to police on Friday. He was sent to jail on Saturday. 

Florida police have stated that two charges of killing and armed robbery have been brought against Tyron Fields Junior. Police had announced three thousand dollars reward for nabbing Tyron Fields Junior circulating his picture and a video clip from the close circuit camera of Ayub Ali's shop.

Ayub Ali was buried in a Muslim graveyard on Friday noon in Florida after his namaz-e-janaza. Ayub Ali bought a house in Parkland last year where he had been living with his wife and children. That house is now overshadowed with remorse following Ayub Ali's murder.

Ayub Ali's friend Kazi Haider has said that Ayub Ali had worked very hard to settle down in America. Ayub Ali's daughter Ilama (17) and son Rahat (15) are students of Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School.A former student killed 17 people in the school shooting recklessly with an assault rifle on 14 February. Ilama and Rahat could fortunately evade the gunshots that day.
