The hunt is on for all girl band members

Sunsilk rolls out 'Sunsilk Divas', the first ever music talent hunt, to form the first all-girl band of Bangladesh. This musical reality show has already been started registration. The organizers revealed the information in a press conference and inauguration ceremony held at Hotel Westin on Saturday.

The reality show has started with the slogan "Explore your music talent and be a member of country's first all-girl pop band."

With the cooperation of Sony DADC, world's leading end-to-end services provider for the entertainment industry and beyond, the music talent hunt is organized by country's top entertainment and experiential events company Creinse Limited.

In a press conference, Creinse Limited informed that this event is jointly organized by Sunsilk, one of the top brands of Unilever Bangladesh.

The top 4 performers in Sunsilk Divas will form the band, and the band will get 2 album deals and a 2-year contract under artist management with Artist Spread along with many attractive rewards like international exposure, cash prizes of 2 Lac for each member of the winning band, opportunities to work with renowned brands etc.

Any Bangladeshi born female over 18 years (on the date of August 7, 2018) and below 30 years of age can register for Sunsilk Divas. The last date of registration is September 10, 2018.

To register one needs to go to website. In the website, fill-up all the personal information on the registration form. After all required personal information is filled, one has to upload her song as an audio file.

The length of the audio file should not exceed 2 minutes, and the file size can be up to 8MB. The song uploaded must be sung by the applicant herself, use of auto tuning or similar software is prohibited. After successful registration process, she will get a confirmation message on her registered number.

Participants will preliminarily be selected by a panel of judges based on the online audio files (no music, vocals only) they upload, and judges' decisions shall be full and final. The panel of judges for this music talent hunt includes Hridoy Khan, lead vocal of Nemesis band Zohad Reza Chowdhury, pop singer Alif Alauddin and Sharmin Sultana Sumi.
