Bus catches fire in Brahmanbaria

A fire broke out in a bus at Kuttapara area on Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Sorail upazila on Saturday night. Officer-in-charge of Sarail Highway Police Alamgir Siddique said the fire originated from the battery of the bus around 8:30pm.
However, no one injured in this incident.
On information, firefighting units from Brahmanbaria and Ashuganj rushed to the spot and doused the blaze.The movement of vehicles on the road was obstructed due to the incident and it become normal after one hour, the OC added.
