''When I got to know that I didn't get admission into a government medical college first time I felt so upset. But the only thing that used to hurt me a lot people saying "you are studying in a private medical college." So I started studying again for second time medical admission test besides my medical school.
I started teaching 5 HSC students so that it would help me to revise things for my 2nd time medical admission test. It was so hard for me to maintain all. I even used to come home after 8.30 pm. I got chance in Dinajpur medical college. But by that time I already started to love BMC and my friends. I went to Dinajpur and got admission there but didn't withdraw my papers from BMC.
When I came back to Dhaka, I finally decided that I would not leave BMC. I would loss one year if I go there but I was also scared that my 1st prof was so near on that time. I didn't have much time to study for 1st prof. Then, I started giving my full concentration to my studies. My friends helped me a lot on that time. Alhamdulillah I passed the exam on 1st chance.
Now I feel so proud to see bmcian everywhere in USA even working as professors at medical schools here and I'm getting inspiration from them. Now I feel so happy that I took the wisest decision of my life that I didn't leave BMC on that time. I have a long way to go. Never ever let anyone make you feel upset by saying we are from private medical college. Always remember "if they can do it, we can do it too.''
