Ride-sharing app Shohoz, the fastest growing ride sharing company in Bangladesh, which aims to be a 'Super App' for Bangladesh, has officially launched its food delivery service at press conference at a city hotel in Dhaka yesterday.Shohoz's brand ambassador and renowned cricketer Taskin Ahmed attended the event along with Maliha Quadir, founder and managing director of Shohoz.
Shohoz food delivery service differentiates itself by its breadth of restaurant choice and quality of delivery. It has already signed up over 1,000 restaurants around Dhaka city, promising to reach 2,000 by May 2019. 1000+ delivery men have been trained and equipped with proper outfits and special thermal delivery bags to ensure delivery quality. Currently, covering all of Dhaka Metropolitan Area, Chattogram will be launched in April 2019. Shohoz promises a 40-minute delivery time.
Maliha Quadir said, "We are building a 'Super App' for Bangladesh -- one app that takes care of all daily necessities. We have been very successfully operating our ride-sharing service in Dhaka and Chattogram for a year now. Food deliveries is another important element of our overall strategy, and we are very excited to be launching this service."Brand Ambassador of Shohoz Taskin Ahmed added, "They are growing at a rapid pace, and the launching of Shohoz food, is the testimonial of it. I am very proud to be part of this excelling platform."
With the Official Launch Shohoz Food, they also exhibited a new campaign video to the media, called 'Matha Noshto Food Fest'. After a successful campaign of Burger Fest, Shohoz will start this campaign from March 13 and will continue until March 19, 2019. The campaign will only be available through Shohoz app. The app which is very intuitive and easy to navigate will be available at both the Android Play Store and iOS App store.
