Now we witness all around the globe sea changes in every professional and academic disciplines. The logic behind is extremely logical so that all global citizens are able to cope with the changing scenarios. But what are the processes adopted behind to cope with the changes. In this regard all countries under European and American continents have been successful in coping with sea changes taking place but scenarios in South Asian continent are not up to the mark as expected rather in order to cope up with the changes.
In this regard we find skirmishes take place among the citizens which in the ultimate run up to the game involves emotional clashes among each other. This needs to be eradicated forever in order to judge proper merits of human beings in both India and Bangladesh.
My revered online readers might wonder why I touch about this burning issue about India and Bangladesh. To be more introspective in this regard is that this writer of the said column is an Indian national by birth and contributing for an well known English language daily of Dhaka so for conscious sake it should be pertinent on my part to throw light upon the scenarios of the above stated nations.
It is both India and Bangladesh which shares common cultural and social heritage always stands for uniformity in judging merits of human beings. My revered online readers might wonder why I had views about treating every human being as uniform one because in order to ensure social and cultural uplift this is extremely vital for the development purposes in both nations. For example, as India is a vast nation we find that there exists people of diverse religions and languages in all her 29 states and 9 union territories.
That is why in India the intellectuals always pray for uniformity in all academic and professional disciplines. The logic behind is nothing but to ensure secular and enlightened societies all over India. The civil societies of India also aim to upgrade the above stated images in front of international communities.
Similarly Bangladesh being a smaller nation in comparison to India aim to propagate secular mental block with nationalism as Bengali nation and religion kept far apart. So whatever the pros and cons might be there should be uniform approach in judging the merits of human beings in both India and Bangladesh which is dearly relevant as per today's scenarios concerned.
LOGIC BEHIND JUDGING UNIFORMITY OF HUMAN BEINGS IN INDIA
India is a vast nation with population of around 133 crore. In India there 29 states and 9 union territories along with diverse religions and languages. Development processes in diverse academic and professional disciplines are in full swing. That is why there arise the craze to clinch self developmental goal which sometimes pave the way towards discriminatory attitude among human beings of all religions and languages.
This discriminatory attitude needs to be eradicated forever. In every academic and professional discipline we find that discriminatory attitude is of regular occurrence. On account of this discriminatory feeling we find that there arise hostility among people of diverse religions and languages all over India. So it is high logical to overcome divergent feeling rather propagating uniformity in judging the merits of human beings. Otherwise India's macro development cannot be possible.
There are various ways and means which can be adopted in ensuring merits of human beings in India among which some of the common ones are stated as follow:
* There should be uniformity in ensuring legal judgments all over India for all people of all walks of life.
* In corporate life of India there should be uniform mental makeup in order to judge the merits of human beings. In this regard religious and linguistic discriminations should be avoided forever.
* Appointment of judge in both Supreme Court of India as well as all state High Courts should be of uniform pattern.
* In the academic life there should be uniformity all over India. In this regard also religious and linguistic biasness should be shunned forever.
* In Indian foreign services there should be total uniformity as per appointment of diplomats are concerned.
* In the national civil services and police services appointment all over India there should be total uniformity.
UNIFORMITY PROCESSES IN BANGLADESH
Bangladesh being a small country in South Asian continent still lacks in uniformity in judging merits of human beings on the basis of religious ground. Now under the dynamic tenure of Awami League with Sheikh Hasina Wazed as Prime Minister has been successful to a greater extent in ensuring uniformity in all academic and professional along with corporate disciplines all over the country. On account of ensuring uniformity all over Bangladesh the country has been successful in creating wonders in art, culture, science and technology which has been ably manifested in the global level.
Summing up the above views by me it is glaringly evident that uniformity in major South Asian nations should be given top priority especially in India and Bangladesh. As both nations are playing pivotal roles to ensure peace and tranquility in South Asian continent so it is imperative for the civil as well as rational minded citizens of both India and Bangladesh to aim for total uniformity in both nations. This cannot be denied at all by the civil societies of both India and Bangladesh. Also is dearly cherished that legal judgment in both nations should be of uniform pattern.
