2nd int'l marine, offshore expo in September


International exhibition organizer Savor International Limited with Fireworks Media Group, Singapore is going to organize 2nd edition of "Bangladesh International Marine and Offshore Expo-BIMOX 2019 on Sep-tember 19-21, 2019 at International Convention City Bashundhara.

This three-day long exhibition will incorporate with 'Ship Recycling', 'Shipping Logistic and Port', 'Ship Building', 'Offshore Oil and Gas Support', 'Fishing Vessels Fisheries' and 'Bangladesh International Marine Conference-2019'. The exhibitor said that Bangladesh is traditionally a ship building nation and has a rich heritage of timber shipbuilding of many hundred years and the maritime sector is the next thriving sector after RMG.

Thus we need more attention from government and private sector to grow up the industry. Bangladesh International Marine and Offshore Expo (BIMOX) is an innovative initiative that also contributing to rejuvenate our maritime industry, they added.

The 1st edition of BIMOX-2018 took place at the heart of the maritime industry in Chittagong. According to a press statement of the organizer, more than 160 exhibitors from 14 different countries will showcase their new innovative products in this exhibition this year. BIMOX 2019 is designed to be Bangladesh's most comprehensive international business platform encompassing all aspects of ship building, ship repairs, shipping, maritime engineering, offshore engineering and technology, ship breaking equipment, dredging equipment, marine engines, moderns fishing technology and port & logistic handling equipment and more.

Another interesting part of this exhibition is "Bangladesh international Marine Conference -BIMAC 2019" which is looking forward to attract more than 100 delegates from Bangladesh and international Maritime industry. This international exhibition will more elaborate with the participant from Singapore, Korea, China, Taiwan, Germany and other parts of the globe. Visitors from different countries will also visit the exhibition.
