BRUR teachers visit DU campus, British Council Newly-appointed teachers of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) visited British Council yesterday morning. -AA

Newly-appointed teachers of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) visited Dhaka University campus, British Council, Gurdwara Nanak Shahi, Japanese Studies center and graveyard of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam on Wednesday as part of the foundation training course of BRUR, says a press release.

Professor Firdous Zereen, Acting Chairman of Public Administration Department of Dhaka University welcomed newly-inducted teachers of BRUR. He appraised the foundation training course of BRUR and give suggestions to emphasise on research. After that they visited the British Council, Gurdwara Nanak Shahi, Japanese Studies Center and graveyard of national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam.

Course senior of second batch Emrana Bari, third batch course senior Md Sarwar Ahmad, Assistant Professor Md. Abdullah-Al-Mahbub, Lecturer Sirajam Munira, Beauty Mondol, Marjia Sultana, Md. Shamim Hossain, Sanjid Islam Khan, Farzana Zannat, Mehnaz Abbasi Badhan, Mostafa Kaiyum Sharafat, Sahibur Rahman, Fahimul Kader Siddique, Monirul Islam, ABM Nurullah, Mujahidul Islam were present among others.
