Rare python rescued and released

Rare breed of black colored python has been released in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari park situated at the Chakaria Upazila, Cox's Bazar, which was found in Fashiakhali Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday. The officials and employees released the python at the python designated area of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari park.

Mazharul Islam Chowdhury, office in charge of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park, said, forest night guards have seen the python at Fashiakhali Wildlife Sanctuary during their duty and notified Mazh-arul Islam, bit officer of Fashiakhali Wildlife Sanctuary. Later on he and his fellow employees rescued and Coordinated with Mazharul Islam Chowdhury to release the python in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park.

Mazharul Islam Cho-wdhury added that the rescued python from Fashiakhali Wildlife Sanc-tuary is a rare, black colored; the python is 12 feet in length and 25 kg in weight.
