Journalists in Khulna condemned the arrest of Khulna Press Club Assistant General Secretary MA Jalil in a 'fabricated' case filed by the Department of Narcotics Control.
They formed a human chain in front of DC office in Khulna on Monday, where newsmen working in print and electronic media demanded immediate release of MA Jalil, also treasurer of Khulna Crime Reporter's Association. They also threatened to boycott all news items related to the DNC.
