Newly-wed couple found dead in Magura

A newly-wed couple apparently took their own lives at Raghobdair village in Sadar upazila on Tuesday night, barely three weeks after tying the knot. The deceased were identified as Nirab Biswas, 20, and Sraboni Biswas, 18, of the village, reports UNB.

Locals said they killed themselves after failing to get consent of their parents. Police recovered the bodies at night and sent them to a local hospital for autopsy, said Sirajul Islam, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station. An unnatural death case was filed in this connection.
