A two-week group art exhibition titled '7' by seven eminent contemporary artists of Bangladesh begins today at the Galleri Kaya in the capital's Uttara arena.
The inaugural ceremony of the exhibition will be held at 5:30pm on the gallery premises. A selection of 51 works done in oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, charcoal, pastel and mixed medium on paper and canvas will be showcased in this exhibition.
The participating artists in the exhibition are-- Alokesh Ghosh (1950), Shahabuddin Ahmed (1950), Chandra Shekhar Dey (1952), Mohammad Eunus (1954), Jamal Ahmed (1955), Ranjit Das (1956) and Ahmed Shamsuddoha (1958).The exhibition will remain open to all every day from 11:30am to 7:30 pm, until February 7.
