Energypac Industrial Park inaugurated

Energypac Power Generation Limited (EPGL) has virtually inaugurated the Energypac Industrial Park at Sreepur, Gazipur, through a press conference on Saturday. Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, MP, Minister, Ministry of Industries, has attended the virtual ceremony as the chief guest.

Besides, senior officials from Energypac Power Generation Limited have participated in the inauguration ceremony, including Humayun Rashid, Managing Director, CEO; Rabiul Alam, Chairman; Enamul Haq Chowdhury, Director; Nurul Aktar,Director and Rezwanul Kabir, Director;Mohammed Nurul Amin, Independent Director; Mikail Shipar, Independent Director.

The event was chaired by Humayun Rashid, Managing Director and CEO, Energypac Power Generation Limited.On the occasion, Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, MP, Minister, Ministry of Industries, said "I am pleased to see that Energypac has taken a commendable initiative of establishing an environment-friendly factory in Sreepur, Gazipur.

I would like to thank everyone involved in this project. COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on all the economies and sectors around the world. But Bangladesh is on track to overcome all the pandemic challenges and move forward under the prudent leadership of our honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

We are making strides to unlock possibilities in many areas, including SDG goals. And companies like Energypac have contributed a lot to complete this task." He added, "I have personally visited various activities of Energypac and witnessed the development. Energypac is manufacturing and exporting generators and other electrical equipment.

They are gaining advantages against the world's best competitors which creating employment opportunities nationwide. Energypac is a renowned organisation and has taken various initiatives in different sectors, including energy and transportation, to expedite the development of the economy. I would like to thank them on behalf of the government and the Ministries of Industry for their contribution.'

On this occasion, Humayun Rashid, Managing Director, CEO, Energypac Power Generation Limited, said, "We are pleased to inaugurate Energypac Industrial Park in Gazipur. It will not only bring some of our products line together in the same area, but it will also help us to boost the local infrastructure and heighten economy's growth.

The Industrial Park will help us to strengthen the local manufacturing industry of automative and steel building."EPGL soon plans to established storage facilities along with mezzanine floors and innovative technologies to maximize production.Multiple EPGL products will be manufactured in the Industrial Park, like Steelpac, GLAD, and JAC.
