Road accident kills Bangladeshi in Saudi Arabia
 
A Bangladeshi expatriate died in a road crash in Dammam of Saudi Arabia on Saturday (5 June). He was identified as Saiful Islam Ripon (29).

He was a resident of Bashurhat municipality under Companiganj Upazila of Noakhali District.

Ripon used to deliver stationary products and daily essentials at different shops by his own vehicle. On Saturday night, he was returning to Dammam from Abha after dropping some products there. At around 2am, Ripon's vehicle lost control at Alnamas area and hit a bridge. Locals rescued him and took to hospital where doctors declared him dead.
 
His elder brother Shahjahan Shipon and cousin Minhaz Mahmud confirmed the tragic incident.

Saiful Islam Ripon landed in Saudi Arabia five years ago.
