Fencing star Fatema Mujib, joint secretary Rezaur Rahman Sinha, fencing trainer Abu Jahid and fencing players were present at that time.
Shoeb Chowdhury said, “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is the founding father of Bangladesh. He and his family were killed as a result of a conspiracy hatched by local and international plotters. Bangladesh would have become a prosperous country if Bangabandhu was not killed. We remember Bangabandhu with deepest respect on this remorseful day.”
