the country, a met release said today.

and Barishal divisions, it said.
Moderately heavy to heavy falls also may take place at isolated places
over the country.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The axis of monsoon trough runs through Rajsthan, Madhya Pradesh,
Jharkhand, West Bengal to Assam across central part of Bangladesh. One of its
associated trough extends up to North Bay.
Monsoon is less active over Bangladesh and weak over North Bay.
Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 35.3 degrees
Celsius at Rajshahi and minimum temperature today was 25.0 degrees Celsius
jointly at Tangail, Sayedpur and Tetulia.
Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6:00 am today was recorded 57
millimeters (mm) at Srimangal.
