  Dr Mahamudul Islam Chowdhury is an examplary doctor for his patient friendliness, humanitarian work such as providing free medicines to the needy people, arrangements for home visits to treat covid-19 infected poor patient, praiseworthy influence on increasing health awareness among rural people.

As recognition of his contributions, he is honoured with the title “DOCTOR OF HUMANITIES".  While world facing severe challenge against covid-19 infection, Bangladeshi people was also affected with this virus. From the beginning of covid-19 pandemic, Dr Mahamudul Islam Chowdhury has been fighting against covid-19, working as a medical officer of Chittagong general hospital, a dedicated covid-19 hospital in Bangladesh.

He is determined with courage to serve for the humanity facing the danger of covid-19 pandemic and devoted his precious time and countless efforts to make a Change.Earlier he is appointed in Binajuri union sub centre of Raozan upazilla, Chittagong in 2019 and then transferred to Cox bazar sadar hospital in 2020.

As an entrepreneur, Dr Mahamudul Islam Chowdhury founded "YOUNGSTAR HEALTH CLUB ", a nonprofit social organization to spread vibes of healthy lifestyle among poor rural people. Through his influensive social media-based Community across Bangladesh, he is raising health awareness among the poor uneducated people, helping them getting health service at cheap cost. For these contributions, he was awarded the 2019 World Star for Quality Leadership Award.

His exceptional patients friendly behaviour and innovative humanitarian activities made him popular over facebook and youtube and other Social media as a social media influencer and motivational speaker. Many notable national and international print publications like RisingBD, Zoom bangla, shomoyer kanthoshor etc published about his contribution in health sector.  Nur Mohammad Chowdhury and Begum Shahajahan are his proud parents.

On 21st May 1991, he was born and then raised in Kadalpur, a village of Chittagong district. Dr Mahamudul Islam Chowdhury was very ambitious from the early age of his life. Later Dr Mahamudul moved to Sylhet city to fulfil his ambitions as a doctor which brought him very impressive educational background. He successfully achieved the "Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)" graduate degree in 2015 from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College, CCD (on diabetes) & CMU (on ultrasonography)
