Bangabandhu loved philosophy: Kalimullah

 
Jatiya Nirbachon Porjobekkhon Parishad (JANIPOP) organized a webinar on Monday on account of the birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's youngest son Sheikh Russell. JANIPOP Chairman Professor Dr. Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah presided over the webinar. Professor Dr. Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah said that Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman loved philosophy which is why he named his youngest son Sheikh Russell after the name of famed British philosopher Bertrand Russell.

Chhatra League leader Golam Murshid gave the introductory speech at the webinar. UN Disability Rights Champion Abdus Sattar Dulal addressed the webinar as chief guest. Mohila Awami League leader Mosammat Arjina Khanam attended the webinar as a special guest. Royal University's Associate Professor Dipu Siddique was the key discussant on Monday.

The webinar was also attended by Khorshed Alam, Khademul Islam, Dr. Tanveer Fittin Abeer from Western Sydney University, Australia, Mohammad Habibur Rahman, Abu Saleque Khan among others. 

The speakers at the webinar recalled Sheikh Russell during the event and prayed for the eternal peace of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members including Sheikh Russell who are no more.
