Infobip, a global cloud communication company and a leader in omnichannel engagement, hosted an exclusive live webinar on how enterprises can boost customer engagement and drive better ROI with e-mail automation.  

The event brought together industry leaders from Bangladesh across sectors including BFSI, Retail & e-commerce, and Digital Natives.  

The virtual forum began with a presentation by Masud Rana, Senior Account Manager, Infobip Bangladesh, on the common email automation challenges faced across industries.  

Masud also demonstrated how integrating Infobip’s email automation can help enterprises make the best use of its email builder, personalization and analytics features for increased customer retention and business growth. During the session, some of the major email use cases were also discussed.  

Following that, Infobip held a live fireside chat with Mir Mohammad Asiful Bari, Head of Systems Support & Service Operations, Technology, BRAC Bank Limited in which he revealed how BRAC Bank navigated the pandemic in terms of customer expectations and service delivery.  

He also highlighted how Infobip’s email automation has aided the company in boosting customer engagement. The chat session was moderated by Mehmudul Haque, Senior Account Manager, Infobip Bangladesh.  The session concluded with a panel discussion on “Role of Email Automation in Improving Customer Experience”. 

The discussion featured Sanjit Dutta, Head of Digital Banking, Eastern Bank Limited; Ilmul Haque Sajib, Co-Founder, Sheba.XYZ; Razib Jahan Ferdous, Head of e-Commerce, BATA Bangladesh, with Tanveer Hussain, Head of Customer & Seller Support, CS & PSC Daraz Bangladesh (Alibaba Group) serving as the panel moderator.  

The discussion shed light on the crucial role of email automation in customer engagement and retention. Besides improving the customer experience, it also mentioned how email automation boosts employee efficiency and experience. 

Panelists shared their experiences with personalized email content which significantly helped to improve customer experience for the respective industries. Furthermore, panelists discussed how email campaigns can be analyzed by tracking engagement and adding custom tracking parameters to fine-tune automated email performance for the best results.
