Prince Charles may visit Dhaka in October

 

Prince Charles of the United Kingdom is likely to visit Dhaka in October 2022, Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen has informed.Dr. AK Abdul Momen conveyed this information on Sunday while speaking to journalists at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Dr. AK Abdul Momen said, "Prince Charles has told me he would visit Dhaka. I have requested him to visit Sylhet. He has consented to my request."Dr. AK Abdul Momen said that two zones of Dhaka and Sylhet will be declared as Climate Protection Areas after the name of Queen Elizabeth during the visit of Prince Charles to Bangladesh.It may be added that Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen had a meeting with Prince Charles in the Commonwealth Summit which was recently held in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda.
