View-exchange on building 'Smart Bangladesh' held in Kamalganj

 
A view exchange meeting was held at Kamalganj upazila parishad hall room on Thursday to discuss doings to build the country as 'Smart Bangladesh'.
Sylhet Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Mosharaf Hossain addressed the meeting as the chief guest while Moulvibazar Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mir Nahid Ahsan was in the chair.

Speakers in the meeting discussed the prevention of drug abuse, religious radicalization, extremism and social crimes. They also discussed on doings how to establish religious harmony.  

 
Moulvibazar Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bornali Pal, Kamalganj Upazila Chairman Prof Rafiqur Rahman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Sifat Uddin, Kamalganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sanjay Chakraborty, Upazila Awami League former President Mosaddek Ahmed M Manik, Kamalganj Municipality Mayor Jewel Ahmed, Upazila Mohila Vice-Chairman Bilkis Begum, Rahimpur UP Chairman Iftekhar Ahmed Badrul, among other, were present as special guests. 

About 200 students along with officers and employees from various offices in the upazila were present on the occasion. Later, the brand logo of catholic tourism was unveiled at Monipuri Lalitakala Academy. An documentary on liberation was displayed at the program. Education supplies were also distributed among students on the occasion.
