Clandestine Scheming of Uncle Sam and Their Straw Mushrooms!

Clandestine Scheming of Uncle Sam and Their Straw Mushrooms!

The Vienna Convention patently states, “The diplomats have no right or power to be directly or indirectly involved in the politics of the host country or to speak or take a stand for or against any particular political party, or to inspire any of them.”

Moreover, a diplomatic representative is a symbol of the bilateral relationship between two states. But under Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, a receiving state may “at any time and without having to explain its decision” declare any member of a diplomatic staff persona non grata. A person so declared is considered unacceptable and is usually recalled to his or her home nation.

The ignoble American imperialism looks crazy, desperate to deflower the sacred land of Bangladesh which we attained at the bay of blood in 1971 and to make it their dirty-faced lymph gland for their begrimed benefits – upbeats!

Their CIA has a way of very publicly blowing their cover-seeming to pop up wherever turmoil, strife, and political unrest materialize for their ill purposive. Despite being almost synonymous with dirty tricks, the Agency has essentially been given free rein, permitted to use whatever tactics they see fit to deal with any (real or perceived) threat to American interests, even if it thinks that the so-called American hegemony anywhere over the world may hamper.

If there's one thing we know about absolute power, it's that it corrupts absolutely; and if there's one thing we know about the CIA, it's that the astoundingly unethical and criminal squad across the world. We gave a crushing defeat to the criminal axis of CIA-ISI-China during our glorious Liberation War in 1971 to establish Bangladesh which these perps can’t forget.

Jamaat-e-BNP has now manifestly lean on its flaxseed Uncle Sam, seeking support as the party failed to unseat the Sheikh Hasina government with its ongoing movements. The US ambassador to Bangladesh, Peter Haas, and some other foreign diplomats attended a dinner with a group of leaders of BNP on October 26 night, two days before BNP’s a large gathering of people at capital’s Nayapaltan area.

The next day on October 27, International Affairs Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Dr Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, a terrible Al-Badr commander of 1971 met the US Embassy’s first Political Secretary Matthew Bey ahead of the last Saturday’s rally of the opposition BNP. Thus US Embassy in Dhaka and its front-man Peter Haas have been deliberately conflagrating by jeering or clapper-clawing, often in an aggressive manner into the internal matters of Bangladesh.

The issue came to the fore more forcefully on last Friday and drew media curiosity as Jamaat-e-Islami mass-liquidators, a trigger-happy political associate of BNP, insisted that it would hold a separate rally on last Saturday at Motijheel’sShaplaChattar. When asked, the US embassy, however, pretended fictively to make specific comments on the meeting.

Look at how far wicked are Uncle Sam and their Ambassador Peter Haas who met Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan at the latter’s office earlier on October 22 in the Secretariat. After the meeting, the home minister said the ambassador discussed the rally issue and asked whether the government would close the roads for the rally. The minister also asked the journalists whether the ambassador was right in asking such a question.

Ambassador Haas had deceitfully “expressed the importance of peaceful demonstrations and interference-free participation in the political process,” a spokesperson for the embassy said in a statement later. How can a foreign diplomat ask a country’s home minister about closing roads? This is purely internal matter and no way linked to USA’s national interest.

There is no scope to trust Uncle Sam’s skullduggeries, because they have many cruel faces at the same time!

The Biden-Blinken administrations hired third-rater distasteful corpus worker in Bangladesh blatantly violating the Geneva Conventions of diplomatic norms ceaselessly in an independent and sovereign country – Bangladesh under the guise of a diplomatist. He is not Archer Blood like a strong moral character. Unblushingly, he has now become the de facto chairperson of BNP like anillegitimate political fit out and an anti-Bangladesh liberation force, wild geranium!

Their Visa policy for Bangladesh! Purely, it is not America’s visa policy. Rather, we can clearly see that America in collusion with Jamaat-e-BNP and their mango-twigs are horrifying schemers to change present government by hook or by crook…US Embassy in Dhaka is the den of dreaded CIA, its ambassador belongs to this ignoble killing squad and Jamaat-e-BNP people, our country’s bitter enemies are boot-lickers of the White House administration.

America can’t build anything good for mankind, but they can only destroy countries after countries, nations after nations across the word for their self-interests. It is an axiomatic truth that the world has been watching for about 10 decades - taking only a patient look! So sad, no Brobdingnagian punishment has befallen them because of their colossus misdoings!

Uncle Sam must open their Pandora’s Box. Their so-called visa restriction policy is nothing, but a camouflage to four flush us! Their evil spirit is under cloak-and-dagger to afflict humankind in Bangladesh.

Peter Haas’s excessive restlessness and movements hither and thither have disquieted concerned many citizens, but revivified BNP men and their party leaders who unblushingly praiseful for US’s interfering in our country’s domestic affairs.

BNP’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir openly said on October 15 that the commitment of the Western countries towards democracy in the country has encouraged the party’s activists to carry out the ongoing one-point movement.

“We are not alone” Fakhrul said. BNP vice-chairman and former lawmaker Shahjahan Omar goes extra extend by terming the US Ambassador Peter D. Haas as the ‘God’, urging the ambassador to save the party. “Mr. Peter D. Haas may be come (to us) as a god. O father, save us. We are with you.” He added. ‘Though ruling Awami League policymakers said foreign power can’t determine politics in Bangladesh, leaders of BNP are daydreaming of grabbing power riding a whirligig.

US, in particular, has seen so active in delivering statement before and after any political situation unfolds. Shortly after BNP’s rally end on Saturday (October 28), the United States has said they will review all violent incidents that took place during today’s political programmes in Dhaka for potential visa restrictions. Before the rally, The United States has said they are “closely monitoring” developments in Bangladesh leading up to the elections. We must not tolerate all these discommodes being thrusted on us by Uncle Sam and their local buddies, especially like Jamaat-e-BNP and some other neo anti-Bangladesh liberation forces!!!

The ‘Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations’ was formulated at a conference in Vienna in 1961. All the countries that have ‘ratified’ the Convention including Bangladesh have enacted the necessary laws to make the provisions of the Convention enforceable in their respective countries.

Article III of the Convention recognizes 5 functions of embassies. These are- (a) Representing one’s country in the host country, (b) Acting within the boundaries of international law to protect the interests of the country and its citizens in the host country, (c) Negotiating with the government of the host country, (d) Within the ambit of law. From reviewing the status and development of the host country and reporting it to the home country, (e) trying to develop friendly relations with the host country. Which will include economic, cultural and scientific issues.

It is very strongly established in conventional international law that no ambassador meddles in the internal political affairs of the host country. They have the right to observe the events of the host country to transmit them to their own government. But of course, they have no right or power to be directly or indirectly involved in the politics of the host country or to speak or take a stand for or against any political party, or to inspire any of them.

Any ambassador or embassy doing this would be a clear breach of diplomatic dignity. It is unquestionable that a diplomat is doing this on his own initiative and not at the behest of his country’s government, and no state will tolerate such abuse of privileges and dignity by a foreign envoy and may even declare the envoy undesirable in extreme cases (persona non grata).

In light with this internationally acclaimed diplomatic norm, one might say that US Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Haas clearly violating the diplomatic lines. His temerity is irremissible under any settings! So, he must be declared ‘Persona Non-grata’ in Bangladesh and be booted out from Bangladesh.
