CoU Chhatra Dal demand justice for rape victims

The leaders and activists of the Comilla University (CoU) branch Chhatra Dal held a human chain and protest march demanding maximum punishment in cases of rape and oppression of women across the country.

On Monday (March 10th) around 1:00 p.m. they formed a human chain in the university's main square. At this time, the Chhatra Dal leaders and activists chanted slogans such as 'Tumi ke, ami ke- Achiya Achiya', 'Rashi Lagle Rashi Ne, Dharshakder Phansi De' etc.

Convener Abdullah Al Mamun said, "So far no rape has been given a fair trial.

So this kind of incident is happening again and again. I want a fair trial from the interim government. Achiya's trial must be ensured as soon as possible."
