The AI-based study, designed to objectively evaluate public intellectuals, placed Emran Emon among the nation’s leading voices in journalism and social commentary.
The AI system analyzed thousands of articles, social media interactions, and reader feedback, focusing on key factors such as influence, engagement, consistency, and subject diversity.
The Artificial Intelligence system assessed Emran Emon’s work across multiple dimensions:

Academic Citations: Emran Emon's writings, often referenced in university syllabi and competitive exams like the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS), received high scores for educational influence.
Global Recognition: International platforms, such as Foreign Policy, Modern Diplomacy and HT Syndication, have previously acknowledged Emran Emon's work—factors the AI algorithm weighted heavily.

This AI statistics portrays Emran Emon’s influential role in shaping Bangladesh’s intellectual and political discourse, solidifying his position as a leading voice in the country’s media landscape.
Emran Emon is a Bangladeshi rising star with global recognition. While rooted in Bangladesh’s issues, Emran Emon’s influence has crossed borders. His international recognition has positioned him as an "Influential Regional Voice"—a rare feat for such a young columnist.
Emran Emon is fearless and vocal in his uncompromising criticism of the ruling authorities. In a recent statement, Emran Emon said: "Journalism is not about pleasing the powerful—it’s about holding them accountable. I write to ignite conversations that push our country forward."
Emran Emon is a relentless writer. His unwavering dedication for contributing articles for different English and Bengali newspapers one after another exhibits clear reflections of his tireless strife for authorial excellence. Emran Emon does not keep his spotlight on just one or two subjects when he prepares his write-ups. Literature, history, economy, politics, academia and similar issues come under his purview when he puts his fingers on his computer’s keypad.
A big drawback and a persistent limitation in our society as well as in our state machineries is that we have not yet learned to honour creativity and innovative skills. Teachers in universities across Bangladesh discourage students overtly to get engaged with writing habits and other creative works for the most part. I studied in a public university for almost 7 years and taught English literature at a private university for four years and I have witnessed with utter dismay how senior professors obstruct their junior colleagues and pupils from doing something new and beneficial. In the private university where I was a teacher for four years, once some of my students prepared to stage William Shakespeare’s famous play “Hamlet”. I saw with disgust how senior teachers of English Department of that university posed total non-cooperation so that the play cannot be staged. However, my students finally succeeded to carry out their stage show with direct cooperation from the Vice Chancellor of the university who was a highly broad-hearted academic scholar. This example is just a tip of the iceberg. Antagonists who dislike creativity and innovations have defiled and crippled universities all over Bangladesh since the very inception of the country 54 years back.
As Bangladesh navigates complex socio-political challenges, voices like Emran Emon serve as a beacon of critical thought and responsible journalism. His writings continue to inspire new generations, blending intellect, empathy and an unyielding commitment to the country and nation.
