India is a vast nation around the globe. At present she ranks as the fifth superpowers of the globe. In order to analyze India from political and economic spectrum, it is a feeling on my part. That spelling out the actual truth might not be appreciable at all. Some might comprehend my thoughts whereas there are quite many who might express anti about my views which I am going to spell out in my subsequent paragraphs.
India has surpassed seventy fifth of her forays of independence from the throes of colonial tyranny way back in the year 1947 on August 15. Also on January 26, 1950 the constitution of Independent India was promulgated by the father of the modern Indian constitution Dr B.R.Ambedkar, a well reputed legal and constitution expert of this vast nation India. After that prolonged decades have elapsed. If anyone of us wish to analyze our nation of pride, then on one shot it may be interpreted that the advancement has taken place no doubt but not from classic point of view. What do we mean by classic point of development? It needs indepth introspection.
The term, classical point of development is basically an economic theory which is basically associated with the thought primarily driven by the accumulation of capital through free market mechanisms. The inventor of the thought was Adam Smith. This is a unique process where individuals expedite their self-interest naturally to attain their societal attainment. With the application of Laissez Faire economy, we find that herein lays a focus on specialization and division of labor.
In the same manner political spectrum is interpreted. As per Indian political spectrum is interpreted, we find that it is highly introspective in nature. Basically it is of diverse variations. Thus the variant nature of Indian political spectrum are stated as such, Indian political spectrum is an admixture of rich and diversified intellectual tradition, proper philosophical and ethical traditions are inherent, Indian nationals should draw inspiration from our ancient religious texts like Vedas, Upanishads, Arthasashtra and Manusmriti as well as noble teachings of Mahatma Gandhi.
What is now evident, that there is a tremendous dearth of cohesion and plebiscite among en tire political fraternities of India. This clearly indicates that our age old political and social culture have become terribly corrosive and derogatory in nature. The moot point which strikes upon our mind that how can we ensure progressive economic and social growth.
There are various ways by which we may ensure social and economic growth in India. These are stated as such, detailed investment in quality education and skill development, improvement of healthcare facility, developing women’s empowerment, development of robust economy and relevant infrastructure facilities, development of rural areas from multiple aspects, emphasize upon total participation in methodical governance and finally eradication of wanton poverty in rural areas of this vast nation India.
In this regard I would like to add that in some states and union territories of India, there are good instances of poverty stricken people abound in vast numbers. As regards of pattern of governance is concerned, I feel that it is still in its buoyant stage. But in reality we find it to be in dire straits.
Though as per the basic tenets of our constitution, we keep hopes and aspirations on our politicians. It was on November 26, 1949, basic constitution of Independent India was framed by the father of Independent India’s constitution Late B.R.Ambedkar. Finally it came into effect But we witness at present is very alarming. Our political and economic spectrums are now in a dilapidated state of affairs. Though progress has no doubt taken place but we witness that there lays too much discrimination. Richer sections are having the upper edge, whereas middle classes face little bit obstacle, but the worst affected is the poor and downtrodden sections of our societies.
Rational societies of India always feel deeply about neglected and discriminated societies of the nation. In this regard our sorrow is that why do we face discrimination from political and economic spectrum. I would reiterate that our politicians are solely responsible for it. In this regard our political and economic spectrums have deep similarity with our closer and cordial South Asian neighbor Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. Along with Bangladesh, Pakistan also lies in the same pattern. About the latter the citizens of South Asian Sub-Continent are already aware of. But the way the political and economic situations of Bangladesh turned hostile on August 5, 2024. This speaks broadly about political stalemate still prevailing thereby dismantling political and economic fabric of Bangladesh.
My online readers of India and Bangladesh might be taken aback why I mention about Bangladesh in concurrence to my article. As per the scenarios goes by I find yearly there are quite good numbers of citizens from Bangladesh visit different Indian societies like Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Indian capital city New Delhi. Henceforth if the political and economic situations between the two nations turn hostile then how can we expect to witness stable political and economic culture?
Despite all the odds we must find ways and means take stock of politics and economic situations in both India and Bangladesh individually then the prospects might seem brighter and sparkling.
India at present is in a sound wicket from multifarious aspects. Yes this perception might be true to self-introspection. But on many issues India is not in a hopeful situation. It might be hopeless on the creamy issues which most of us face on each day of our life. Growth which India ensured from political and economic spectrum is numerous. Thus in the subsequent paragraph the details of India’s achievement regarding the above spectrum are stated in broad outlines. Obviously Bangladesh will not be neglected at all.
Political developments by India are stated as follow:
India is the fifth largest democratic force of the globe.
The pattern of political governance in India is more matured in India.
There is no intervention on our three defense services by different political parties based in different parts of the nation.
Innovation in our voting pattern has taken place.
Police force has taken a hard nut to combat any sort of criminal activities around the nation.
Indian voting pattern is based on proportional representation in both parliamentary and assembly elections. As per the norms enacted in our constitution, each and every citizen of this vast nation should be accorded the basic tenets of it. Even in the economic spectrum concerned we find that there is too much discrimination between us. Indian politics in fact are derogatory in nature. That means they mix with the citizens on status basis.
Nowadays in India we find that citizens are evaluated on status basis. That means those who are rich they are richly applauded those not they are sidetracked from all quarters. Even in corporate and cultural world this kind of discrimination is widely noticeable. The similar scenario is widely noticeable in Bangladesh too.
The Bengalis of both nations might have faced political division, but culturally all are on the same boat brothers and sisters. The current scenario in Bangladesh might be in extremely dire straits of affairs. But we need to transform our mental grooming fast. With proper education plus motivation by parents and grandparents are of paramount importance. In political spectrum of India, we find that familial ambience and pedigree always remain vital. This reflects the political attitude of average Indian. As per economic spectrum is concerned then we may emphasize upon economic and industrial growth.
There are various ways and means known to us by which India’s economic spectrum is always analyzed from close quarters. Among all of them some of the common ones are stated as such;
We must ensure macro-economic growth in India which will cater to the needs of all sectors of our economy.
Indian economy should be converted into an apolitical one.
Common citizens of India should emphasize on consumption of diverse needs for familial purpose.
Investments from domestic and international arenas should be properly encouraged.
Money supply policy should be made more stringent.
Exports should be spearheaded to a higher degree.
Whenever we analyze India from political and economic spectrum, then it should be admitted that Bangladesh should not be ignored from our mind. Though most of us ignore economic and political spectrum in both nations, but we have to analyze from close quarters about the inclusion of both nations. This is regarding the present political and economic squabbling going in Bangladesh along with to some extent in some parts of India. Despite all the odds we must aim for stability from political and economic spectrum.
Summation of my above views we find should be stability in economic and political spectrum in India and Bangladesh. Bangladesh is now passing off through turbulence moments, but it has cast deep impact upon Indian political and economic spectrum. It is a known fact that Bangladesh is dependent upon supply of essential items along with critical medical facilities in Indian cities like Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore.
That is why there should be more political and economic reforms relevant in two closer and cordial nations so that more than fifty years closer and cordial relations between two nations should be strengthened in the upcoming phase of our life.
Despite India’s political and economic relations with other nations of the globe might be safe and sound. But political and economic relations with our closer and cordial relations with our closer and cordial nation Bangladesh should be strengthened more in the upcoming days of our life.
