The brightness of the skin is lost due to pollution and fatigue.  So many people began to use skin care cosmetics for fairness, which are available in the marketplaces.

And most of the chemical components used in those products are harmful for the skin. I'm not saying that every cosmetics product is made from detrimental element.

And it has been proved in various analyses that how much less we may use chemical cosmetics on our skin, the percentage of miscellaneous skin damage will be lesser enough. So that homemade mask is the wise and safe product for skin care beneficial. Because all these are entirely made from natural ingredient.

 As long we can manage to utilize and use plenty of natural stuffs in our daily life both for beauty care and other purpose: much-more adjuvant beneficial will be well-conditioned in our life.

The environment is changing in a rough pace, many generic medicines are losing their positive outcomes on the human body; somewhere they are inactive and some where they causing unknown and negative results.

Flour face mask: Wheat, gram, pulses or maize take two tablespoons of any of this grain's flour and mixed with a pinch turmeric powder and the required amount of powder milk to make a thick paste. Who got oily skin need to add one little spoon of lemon juice. Clean the skin well and put the mixture thoroughly both on face and neck.

 Make a wait of 15 to 20 minutes or more until the paste go dry on your skin.Now gently with soft hand scrub them out and wash your skin with water. And you will find a pleasant feel and an elegance look on your skin.

Powder milk face mask: One teaspoon powder milk, one teaspoon of honey and lemon juice mixed them properly in a clean container. Clean the skin well and put the mixture thoroughly both on face and neck. Make a wait of minimum 10 minutes and wash them all. Now you will find new glory in your look.

Cucumber and lemon juice face mask: One teaspoon of cucumber juice and one teaspoon of lemon juice mixed to create the mask. After 15 minutes, when applied mask dried up, just wash with water and you will find new luster in own.

Tomato-flour face mask: 2 tablespoons of flour and 2-3 tablespoons of tomato juice to create a paste by mixing them well. Just apply it on face and neck. Let them dry on your skin and wash with water. Now you will find the fresh tightened looked skin.

All the above mentioned tips are really very easy effortless to maintain. And each of the mask-making materials is pretty easy to find. In fact, they always remain in our home kitchen or dining for the purpose of our daily meal. We can use these masks pretty quick, at the expense of few moments.

The skin won't get any harm, damage or side effects as we will use this masks. To get the bigger result we can use these 2-3 times in a week at the first stage. Afterwards we can use these 2-3 times in a month.

Along with these, we need to take care of our skin from inner. Wrinkles, dry or oily skin, acne, and inflammation all are signs of poor health, often brought on by consuming unhealthy foods and avoiding skin-healthy nutrients. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for healthy skin.

 Vitamin A to prevent dry and flaky skin, vitamin C for collagen and vitamin E to re-hydrate the skin, reduce inflammation and speed up the healing process.

1. Minerals and antioxidants combat free radicals and help retain youthfulness of the skin.

2. Water, vegetables and fruits like watermelon, walnuts, olive oil contain antioxidant. Fish like salmon and mackerel contain omega-3 fatty acid. All these moisturize the skin.

3. Strawberry, orange and carrots [contain beta carotene] act as antioxidants and protect skin from the effect of the sun.

4. Fish with omega-3 fatty acids and proteins like chicken and lean meat as     well as flax seeds are known to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

Avoid smoking as the smoke and tar deprives the skin of nutrients and oxygen and makes it dull and lifeless. They also form harmful free radicals that weaken the collagen and elastin fibers and this causes premature wrinkles.
