Systemize: You need to have a system. One common thing among effective leaders and great teams is consistency. To be at your best, you need firm focus and constant effort which will come from practicing your way of work at specific times over and over again.
Love what you do: Last but not the least, you need to love your work. If you enjoy your work you will be more focused and do the right things. Your work motivation will be higher and you will be enthusiastic to learn more and put more effort in your work. You need to love what you do and do what you love. So, decide wisely what you want to do and follow that thought.
