Strawberry bavarian
* Strawberry puree 1 cup v Lemon juice 1 tsp v Sugar ½ cup v Gelatin 1 tbsp v Water ¼ cup v Whipped cream 1 ½ cup v Strawberry essence ½ tsp v Strawberry slices for garnishing v Extra cream for garnishing

* Add strawberry puree, essence, lemon juice and sugar in small cooking pan.v Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water and mix with strawberry mixture and cook till sugar dissolve.* Remove from heat and allow cooling for 5 minutes.v Beat cream till slightly thick. Add 1 cup beaten cream in the strawberry mixture and beat until combine.* Transfer mixture in a serving bowl and chill till firm.v Garnish with remaining whipped cream and strawberry slices.
