Women play the variety of significant roles in our society from their birth till the end of life. Even after playing her all the roles and all the job timely in efficient manner in the modern society, she is weak because men are still strongest gender of the society.

Even after lots of awareness programmes, rules and regulations in the society by the government, her life is more complicated than a man. She has to take care of herself and family members as a daughter, granddaughter, sister, daughter-in-law, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, etc. By following such a big responsibility in the family, they are fully able to come out and do the job for bright future of own, family and country.

Cricket is the world most popular game where the eyebrows get raised, a large chunk of human population remains oblivious to the existence of this sport yet it has the second highest fan following among all the sports around the world today. Women cricket team is being created day by day, as women are the part of developments and enthusiastic enough to conquer the world, as well as man cricket team from all strata of our society.

Gulshan youth club, a club which provides many opportunities for the women has formed the strongest women cricket team including two foreign player and one national player to participate in the Premier League Women's Cricket Tournament where they played in the super league becoming group champion in the previous year. Fiber @home has become the sponsor of this team as they believe it is the preliminary stage for women to perform well in international cricket and strongly opine that women needs privilege, they can do everything.

Convener of Gulshan Women Cricket team Mrs.NiherSiddiqui said, Nowadays women are not only better half of a man but also the crucial part of social development as well as country's progress. We formed this group to inspire rest of the women in our country those are still confined in four walls and deprived of many rights. We believe through our team participation a group of people will be concern about the role of women in our society, they will cooperate them to go forward.

In a delightful evening, a press conference was held at the Family Hall of Gulshan Youth Club to bring in all players in front of journalists, invited guest and audience. SuriyaAzminChonda from national team captain of Gulshan Women Cricket team said the way of being cricketer was not easy for me. I had barriers from family, friends and almost every sector of the society but I didn't stop myself. To me, reach your goal no matter what people say behind of you. I think this cricket team is a step for women to go forward.
