In India and Bangladesh we are well aware of the fact that protest has equal fundamental rights pertaining to the citizens of both nations. Readers might introspect in their mind that why should the protest take place and what solutions we do derive from it.
To answer it we can interpret as such that it is an act of exercising our democratic process so that society enliven to its positive frame of mind. Now let me take the case of India where we evince that protests are galore all around the country.
Be in political, social and corporate circles through the modicum of protest we evince deeply that our democratic protest are exercised upon the creamy layers of societies so that bottom level societies at least get the opportunities to raise protest so that bottom level personnel at least get good amount of social justice for the purification of macro development of our societies.
Now in India we find that creamy layers of our societies are eating up the fruits of development whereas bottom level sections of societies are badly deprived in receipt of basic amenities of our day to day lives.
That is why in different parts of India we evince with utter sorrow and dismay fruits of progress reach to some sections of societies whereas macro sections of Indian populace are badly deprived in receipt of the above.
Hence the protest against non-receipt of basic amenities by macro sections of Indian societies have now been staged by both lower middle class as well as poorer sections of Indian populace which indicates glaringly where we stand at the present juncture in comparison to global scenarios.
Not only in economic scenarios we do find discriminations but also in our education sector we do evince massive discriminations which in one way retard badly our growth processes thereby paving the way for the richer sections to stem up much higher in the pillars of growth and successes all over India.
Same scenarios are noticeable among some sections of societies in Bangladesh despite that country's age being just 46 years of age. Thus in the subsequent paragraphs detailed analysis will be made by me whether Indian and Bangladesh nationals do have the right to protest in order to embark upon transparencies among all sections of societies. Do we have the right to raise our voices of protest in India and Bangladesh?
India and Bangladesh are two most vital members of Saarcconglomerates. Despite the political bifurcations between two closer and friendly Saarc nations all other aspects remain identical.
As per the economic situations are concerned we find that both are in the same situations despite the development processes are found galore. But still on receipt of basic amenities there is a marked discrimination which raises massive tirade against respective governments.
Apart from economic, political and social scenarios we also find that in the educational sector there are also marked discriminations noticeable which make us badly crestfallen and sorrowful among the citizens of both nations. In the educational sector concerned we must infer that why there is so much discriminations and how to wipe these out from the threshold of Indian societies.
To add to it we analyze that all sections of Indian populace should get equal footing in our educational sector out of the total Indian population of 132 crores we find that around 70% of it are being badly deprived in receipt of basic education, higher education and other amenities to maintain the livelihood of both of us.
So whenever there is any discrimination occurring pertaining to the above issues then automatically we find that protest taking place all over India. Protests at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Hyderabad University, Hyderabad, JadavpurUniversity, Kolkata, etc various other academic institutions of India in protest against the irregularities in those academic institutions of the country speaks broadly about the antagonism and aggrandizement among cross sections of Indian populace based in both rural and urban India.
Also apart from the educational sphere it can be said that in the spheres of receipt of basic amenities we also find that poorer sections of Indian populace hardly receive basic amenities of their requirements.
That is why there is vehement protest required from all sections of societies to ensure macro development. So in any modern democracies all around the globe we feel that protest stands of utmost relevance. Otherwise poor and deprived sections of Indian populace will be in utter tenterhooks.
Protests are a common phenomenon all over Bangladesh. During the decade of seventies there was mass protests al around the country. Around that time the fundamentalists of that country planned to ban the golden philosophy of RabindraNath Tagore and the innumerable songs composed by that bard which sparked off vehement protests by intelligentsias of Bangladesh which included Late KalimSharafi, Shamshur Rahman, WahidulHaq, etc various other luminaries of that nation.
Later on once again the historic Shahbagh Movement began in the year 2013 in which there was spontaneous movement against the non-acquittal of murderer of those who lost their lives during the Liberation War of the year 1969-1970.
Ultimately the key culprit was hanged by the present political disposition of Bangladesh. Very recently that means during the year 2018, when two school going children were badly mowed down by running private bus grossly flouting the traffic norms of Dhaka city.
The way the school children took to main thoroughfares of Dhaka glaringly indicates law cannot be solely undertaken by political fraternities of that country. Citizens are dearly conscious of their rights thereby protest is quite justified from their part. Now the government of Bangladesh has taken stern measures to maintain strict traffic discipline.
Summing up the above stated views one point is clear in our mind that protests in the modern societies are dearly relevant all around the globe. Same way it is equally relevant in both India and Bangladesh. Whenever any sorts of unethical acts appear around us we feel protest is the best form to ensure justice and revocation among us.
