Vice-president of Film Exhibitors Association Mia Alauddin informed that no new films will be released for two weeks following the Eid-ul-Fitr. 'Different cinemas across the country are screening the films that were released on Eid-ul-Fitr. Most of the Eid films are big budget productions for which film lovers wait for a long time. Besides, cinemas are still running houseful shows. So it is highly unlikely that cinema owners will screen other films while the Eid films are still doing well at the box office,' said Mia Alauddin.
