Get united to free Khaleda, says Fakhrul -The Asian Age


Calling up all to get united to free BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia and restore democracy in the country, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said there is no alternative to take the streets to free Begum Khaleda Zia from jail. He came up with the call while addressing a discussion meeting organized by the BNP marking the National Revolution and Solidarity Day in the city on Friday.

Mirza Fakhrul said, "All patriotic forces should bring to a fold. We are working to his end. I think we will be able to establish a government of people removing the fascist government by uniting all patriotic and democratic forces."The BNP secretary general said, "India takes our water, but they don't give us. They kill our people on border. They will set up radar in sea.

We have to march forward united as our independence and sovereignty are at stake."Alleging that there is no freedom of press, Mirza Fakhrul said, none can dare to tell the truth as a fascist government is running the country. There is no alternative to oust this government to get rid from such situation, he added.
