US-Bangla Airlines, a private carrier of the country, will open its sixth international destination on May 3 connecting Bangkok, one of the important cities of the eastern region, with Dhaka and Chittagong.
Four flights will initially be operated for Bangkok from Dhaka and Chittagong on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and return from Bangkok to Dhaka and Chittagong the same day.
The flights onn Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka and Chittagong-Bangkok-Chittagong routes will be operated with 164-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The flights will leave for Bangkok at 8am from Chittagong and 9:40am from Dhaka, said a press release on Sunday. The minimum one-way fare is Tk 15,599, while that of both-way Tk 23,999 on Dhaka-Bangkok route
It will be Tk 16,999 for one-way trip while the both-way fare will be Tk 26,599 on Chittagong-Bangkok route. The fares include all taxes and surcharges.
