BSRM Steel to give 15pc final cash dividend -The Asian Age

The board of directors of BSRM Steels Limited (BSRM Steel) has recommended 15 percent final cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on June 30, 2017.

The total 35 percent cash dividend for the year 2017 inclusive of 20 percent interim cash dividend has already been paid.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of BSRM Steel will be held at 9:30am on September 28, 2017 at Institution of Engineers Bangladesh, Chittagong Center on SS Khaled Road in Chittagong.

The company's record date is on September 7, 2017. The company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk 8.66, consolidated NAV per share of Tk 33.72 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk 10.95 for the 18-month period from January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 whereas consolidated EPS of Tk 4.98, consolidated NAV per share of Tk 33.72 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk 1.07 for the 12-month period from July 1,  2016-June 30, 2017, said a officials statement of the bank.
