Finance Minister AMA Muhith called upon meritorious students to become good citizens of the country.Muhith came up with the urge at a reception in Officers Club auditorium on Tuesday evening.
He said, "There are various branches of knowledge. You should go ahead with your studies selecting the right track leading to your future." The minister laid emphasis on the significant roles to be played by guardians and teachers for proper advancement of their children and students.
Total 171 students from secondary, higher secondary, A and O levels who scored outstanding grade points in 2017 were presented awards and crests at the program. The reception was followed by a cultural show. The program was highly apprised by the audience.
