Annual sports, cultural function held at MHU College
Chittagong, 9 Feb- The annual sports and cultural function at Mostafa Hakim University College was held on Tuesday.
Former Mayor of Chittagong City Corporation and Executive Director of Mostafa Hakim Welfare Foundation Alhaj M Manjur Alam inaugurated the function as chief guest. Addressing the function, Alhaj M Manjur Alam said there is no alternative to education for building a nation. So, the Welfare Foundation is patronizing the education in Chittagong by establishing the colleges and schools. He requested the students to participate in all good initiatives in the society and try to do good for society. "We all should be beside the good jobs." The function was presided over by the principal of the college Mohammad Alamgir while Mohammad Sultan Ahmed, Nesar Ahmed, Fazlul Haque and Abdus Sattar addressed as special guests. Later, Manjur Alam distributed the prizes among the winners of sports and cultural competitions.
