A total of 25 experts from nineteen national and regional policy and research institutions met in Paro, Bhutan during 12 to 14 December.
The meeting was to address current climate change issues and to explore effective approaches collectively to enhance capacity development in South Asia.
Prof Dr Md Giashuddin Miah of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University and Co-Chairman of APN presented the keynote at the program.
The meeting was organized by Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) and hosted by the Bhutanese National Environment Commission Secretariat.
