BSMRAU holds orientation

The orientation program of Autumn Term 2017 of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) for MS and PhD students was held at the university auditorium recently. Prof Dr Md Giashuddin Miah, Vice-Chancellor of the University, was present as the chief guest. In his speech, the Vice-Chancellor welcomed the newly admitted students and urged them to be sincere and studious to gain the excellent knowledge.

This is the best time to build your future career, and it needs to be done with good research and better publications, the VC said. The program was chaired by Director (Students Welfare) Prof Dr Md Ruhul Amin. Registrar (Additional Duty) of the University Syed Zahurul Amin, Proctor Prof Md Roshidul Hasan, Provost Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Hall Dr Emrul Kayesh also spoke on the occasion. Newly admitted students, faculty members and related officers-employees attended the orientation program.
