Double-decker bus catches fire in city
A double-decker bus caught fire in city's Arambagh area on Monday morning due to a technical fault.
Nazma Akhter, duty officer of fire service headquarters, said that the fire broke out on a BRTC double-decker bus that used to ply the Mughda-Gazipur route, in front of Notre Dame College at 10:08am.
On information, three fire fighting units of the fire service rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control around 10:35am, said the duty officer.
