Digital innovation challenge for women launched

For the first time in Bangladesh, women focused digital innovative competition is taking place.  Digital Innovation Challenge for women is a competition, organized by Women In Digital, Bangladesh (WIDBD) in partnership United International University (UIU). The competition is aimed all women who are interested in digital innovation. Talented and creative women to act like startups or specialized and come up with revolutionary ideas or product for digital platforms. Application/Submission date will be open from 28 January, 2016 till 13 February.  Individuals (women) and groups around the country (Bangladesh) are eligible to participate as long as their ideas, applications, websites or services are designed to meet the contest criteria. A diverse global panel of technology leaders will be judging the competition. Entries will be judged based on innovation, impact, scalability and readiness (in the end).Closing and prize giving ceremony will be held on 08 March. On the occasion of "International Women's Day".  An application form, competition guidelines, awards information and other details will be available on the WIDBD Website and Facebook page.
