Sherpur BNP leader sent to jail
Alhaj Md Hazrat Ali, General Secretary of Sherpur District BNP was sent to the jail. Chief Judicial Magistrate Court refused his bail application and sent him to the jail on Monday noon.
A case was filed at Dosani Bazar of Ballaierchar Union under sadar upazila due to his absence on the date at court. According to the sources, case was filed against Hazrat Ali for his provocative statements against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in a public meeting organized by Union BNP at the Dosani Bazar under Ballairchar Union of Sadar upazila.
