Hatirjheel water taxi service suspended

Passengers were in rush at Gudaraghat, adjacent to Gulshan spot of Hatirjheel lake, to commute by water taxi after purchasing tickets. They, however, were returning as there was a signboard there saying: Hatirjheel water taxi service has been suspended from September 22 to October 4.

It was known from the ticket counter that the temporary suspension was for maintenance and repair of the water vessels. The authorities have regretted for the inconvenience.
