19 injured in Chhatra League factional clash in JnU
At least 19 people, including a journalist, were injured during a turf war between two groups of Bangladesh Chhatra League on the campus on Monday.
The journalist was identified as Latiful Islam, campus correspondent of Daily Samakal.
Witnesses said members of Chhatra League’s suspended committee were attacked by their rival group around noon at Shanto Chattar, triggering a pitched battle.
